From a post on the bcsportbike site I quote:
"I agree with all of you that these regulations don't seem consistent or equitable. And Dave, maybe there was no interest last year b/c it didn't seem to affect people as much then. But now it's in our face.
McNeney & McNeny is the legal council for BCCOM. Let me assure you, they have fought and won many battles for the rights of motorcyclists. Jim is passionate about riding and he is doing this pro bono (bless his soul). He has given us a list of things to do before we can start. I will do my best to keep you updated through BCSportbikes and through our website. Meanwhile, joining BCCOM for $40/year is a small token to show our appreciation for the amount of effort and resources required to do this."
I might be more useful to coodinate our activities with BCCOM and BCSportbikes rather than fight this battle on our own.
I personally don't have time to do the leg work as life gets in the way but will assist wherever possible.

Just a thought....otg
We (by we I mean off road riders) use to have a representative on the BCCOM but I have heard and seen nothing from whom ever that was. Dave Lock was the last name I remember.
I have not heard anything from the BCCOM. Does anyone here have contact with the BCCOM? I would hate to think that we would be pinning our hopes on a group that does not even know we have a problem.
otg seeing you seem to have some information that BCCOM is on this, maybe you could see what they are doing and what they need from us.
