FIREWOOD??? Should I bring a chainsaw and axe ? Is there anywhere to go to cut firewood for at the campsite? If Bones and I have room I may be able to bring some up. Any thoughts or input will be appreciated.

Good question, sort of been holding off waiting to see when the guys in McNeill are ready or able to leave, and we head out together. But I'm thinking it may get to late for me to wait till end of work day as I've taken the day off. So I may head out of McNeill around noon so that puts me in Gold River around 1400 or 1430.

Cast is off and Doc said the leg's healing up fine. Still alot of pain and limited mobility but seems to be improving the more I move around. So the report for Friday is go. As long as I can walk without assistance I'll be leaving out of McNeill friday evening.

I'M ready ,Bike packed,helmet clean{its new},somewhat rain proof{ya never know},Now last minute goodies{snacks,etc.}.All thats left is what exact time to leave....PAul.S

Quick note....watch out for hidden stop sign as soon as you go over cement bridge in town ...it's hard to see and lots of people run right though it.
