Hello all! Firstpost, long time Lurker.

Is the 8:00 Saturday registration a 'precise' time? I'd like to attend a B or C ride (not camping) but trying to figure out when to leave PVille in the morning. Any ideas?

Welcome to the site Chevy! Leaving Parksville by 0630 should get you to the campsite by 0800 to register. Riders meeting is at 0830.

There might be a group riding down you could join with.

Reminder to ALL riders.


Ride slowly and quietly on allgravel sections of Renfrew Rd.

There are anti motorcycle home owners in the area.

We don't want to attract negative attention.

Make sure all bikes are fully street legal!

Campsite owner requests no unlicensed bikes or quads.



Event Fees... per person



Day ride only. $10

($5 event fee plus $5 campsite day use fee)



Camping two nights $20

($5 event fee plus $15 campsite fee)

Give yourself a good 1 1/2 hours to get there from parksville.

What's the snow situation like down there. I heard Nanaimo got a huge dump. Is the ride still on as planned?

Snow will not be a problem on the A / B routes. Mostly lower and any snow there is will be fresh from this weekend. I think same can be said for the C loop. Some routes have opened up too so no worries.

F@$@ing work just got in the way of my Orca run.:mad3: Going to have to bow out. Instead I get to go to Mackenzie, yahoo:X. Have a fun ride!

not on the list yet but im cuming 950 and all wiill do c loop and will be bringing trailor generator compresser and assorted stuff for people if needed all so a few easyup tents for what ever see you there thersday night - friday morning
