Hey Brian,

Sounds good...let's keep in touch and try to arrange something as the event approaches. I'm liking the sound of a custom mixed B/C route...and the more the merrier! Maybe a couple pre-event rides thrown in for good measure??

do you have to have a dual sport user name to apply for the run. I have a couple of friends wanting to sign up but don't have a "user name".

No, you don't need a username. Write "n/a" on the line.

I just re-read registration form after a cup of coffee:cf2: and now being awake, I see that it does say to make the payment out to "Ocra Run".

What campground is the event based at? I've been riding in that area a fair bit but never gone to any of the DSBC events. If there are any trail clearing days scheduled I would be interested in helping out and checking out the A loop etc..

Explain you only want the tshirt, hoodie etc and send us your money. :clap:

You want it mailed? Include some dough for postage.
Check Canada Post website to get an idea of shipping costs.

Or have a buddy pick up at the rally site.

JOKER, how many of us Island guys come up to the DEAD ZONE and LOOSE SCREW. It's different terrain here on the Island, I think he's afraid. :shock::shock::shock:

Hey Aaron, just saw your post. I'd be up for some pre-event rides for sure. Just about to get my bike back on the road/dirt and the snowline is almost non existent so should be some good terrain up your way open. talk to you soon, Brian

Are you considering a C route with "challenging" options? Whatever you do it will be great. Last year was awesome. We Saw Oceans and Canadian Rain Forest, rivers and mountains, lakes and streams and a really freakin' big tree. Great back country twisties on the paved section. The power line was unique. Just getting there is half the adventure......where have I heard that before?... Reg in mail on Monday. Cheers, Greg.

Count me in too. I would like to try out B but don't want to hold anyone back...and my bike is still shiney. I'll go for some B and leave my training wheels on just in case.

Will catch up at the campsite.

Hey-

Nice logo, and it's great to see the hoodies and long sleeve shirts as well as the Ts!

I don't want to add more complexity to your organizing, but is it possible to pay the difference between the basic T and one of the others and just get a hoodie or long sleeve (and not get the basic T included in the registration)? I would guess that there are a few people out there like me that have a drawer (or 2) of Ts and don't really need another, no matter how cool the logo.

Thanks either way, and looking forward to another great ride!

We would like to but as you guessed it will mean more work for our overworked volunteers. The extra t shirt will make a nice gift for a family member or friend.:tup:
