At first you think this guy is going so slow. But it just keeps coming and he just keeps riding it. I'm pretty sure that it is all way harder than it looks on video...

I'm very jealous. Good luck to you all, I know you are going to have an awesome time. Please post as often as you can to keep us in the loop. Pictures, pictures, pictures...
Is it too soon to start talking Loose Screw?
It looks like there will be 3 very new and original routes for 2013. We've been out working on the B which will take most riders to areas they have never seen. This includes the locals - new track for everyone!
Gentle looking (heh heh) tracks...
B Route
The B route is approx 200km between gas stops. Not much over 200km in total distance.
Bring lots of water and your lunch. You will be in the bush all day - no stores.
The main B route is designed to be KLRable and should be easier than last year. But you have to know what you're doing...
It looks like the B will be 200km between gas stops. We are trying to decide if that's a problem. Remember that the 200km doesn't include getting lost or reduced gas mileage due to hard riding.
So the question is, how many of you are thinking about riding the B where you can't make it 230km...
Kamloops riding is all dust, sage and cactus right?
Not in June...
This trail is a little bumpy
Where are the quad guys when you need them?
Uh oh! Not getting through this way.
Fishing anyone?
The Friskin drainage culvert, umm, isn't!
It won't move!
Ahhhhhh!
Fill yer...
I'll be on the north Shuswap this weekend. Probably ride Saturday the 30th. Anybody interested? Small bikes or big, trail, road, high, low, long, short - I'm open for anything.
The time is here to start working our way into the high country to find some new routes for you. Loose Screw will have a much-revised B route this year for your riding pleasure. Last year's B was a bit difficult - we will improve it this year. The B is now very different than in earlier Loose...
Just watched Ray Keller on Megabuilders as he engineered putting a 737 into the ocean as a dive destination. Very cool. You never know how awesome your fellow DSBC member might be!
For riders on B+ or A routes, I may have been convinced to cache a small quantity of gas in SunPeaks. If you are riding a bike with a truly tiny gas tank, please PM or email me.
This service is intended for those with 8 liter tanks who need an extra 2 or 3 liters to get you through. We expect...
The Rides - should be posted by Sunday night.
A route is a difficult roll chart route. You will need to travel 190km between fuel stops. Fresh tires are recommended.
B+ is technically a very challenging roll chart route that is not suitable for larger bikes. You will need to travel 180km...
Yes, postmarked by the 22nd is fine. Get those entries moving.
Procrastinators!!
And yes, I know how to spell registration - I just don't have the required juju to change it.
Thanks.

We are hoping to have some new B route for your Loose Screw riding pleasure this year. As you are probably aware, it's a little wet out there at the moment. Sorry for the picture quality, I only had my phone.
Don't worry, this will all be dry and enjoyable by August.
It's a good idea...
None of you answered my calls so I had to go on my own. A few pics...
Riding the skinny stuff.
